A life can look great, but what’s the point if you feel numb inside?

I know what it feels like to lose your smile or put on a smile to ‘save face’. I also know what it feels like to get it back. To beam with light. To smile at strangers because it makes you feel good and maybe, just maybe, make their day too.

When we feel better within ourselves, we create a kinder world and a more compassion place to live. I believe each of us has a warmth within to feel and a responsibility to find it.

I’m Nix

My emotions always felt “too much”.

Searching far and wide for that healing fix to feel better. I was constantly living in a state of overwhelm, yo-yo-ing between crippling anxiety to deep depression. I would find myself asking “Is this it?” is this what life is supposed to be?

When I found breathwork, it was a lightbulb moment. I’d found it, that healing power that I’d been looking for. And for the first time, it felt like I had control over my own health and wellbeing.

I’m here to show you how to get your power back, heal yourself and feel free to live your life from a place of acceptance and compassion.

Breathwork has true healing potential. But with anything new, I like to understand it better before I dive in. This guide is an easy read, to explain what breathwork is, where it comes from and how it can benefit us. There’s also a bonus Breathwork exercise to do in any moment where you need to shift your body into a restful and peaceful state.
