Join me for my first in-person workshop of 2024 at Oru Space in East Dulwich, London for their monthly breathwork club.

This workshop is centred around a deep, healing breathwork technique called Conscious Connected Breathing. Helping you to create space within to access altered states of consciousness and release any emotional and mental stress that is no longer needed, in the body, mind and heart.
